At Dutchess Braincore Therapy and Wellness Center our goal is to help our patients achieve their best health. Achieving better health includes not only treating symptoms but addressing the underlying causes of issues and identifying how to eliminate them.
By focusing on our patients’ overall lifestyles and daily habits we help them to learn and implement methods and habits of building, strengthening, and maintaining their bodies to heal and function the way our bodies are meant to all of the time, not just in times of crisis.
Private In-Studio Training Sessions
Our private in-studio personal training sessions are planned by our in-house personal trainers who work directly with Dr. Will to coordinate and design a personal training plan specific to your individual needs. Healing from an injury? You can be confident your trainer is aware and prepared to only recommend exercises appropriate to your care plan. Looking to improve athletic performance? Your trainer will discuss with Dr. Will which areas of your body need improvement to balance and improve your movement, endurance, and strength. Starting a weight loss program? Your trainer will be aware and able to design a training plan that works with your nutritional intake and energy levels to build lean muscle and maximize your weight loss.

Frank specializes in the BFS (Better Faster Stronger) program, HITT workouts, isometric movement, strength, and endurance training. As a Wappingers Falls, Ketchham High School football player, he became interested in fitness and training. He continued to educate and improve his level of fitness and knowledge and believes strongly in its positive mental impact on both his own life and his clients. His goal is to share that perspective with others and foster a constant flow of positive development.
